The project ‘Complaint Department’ is an interactive sound installation by Fatma Nur Özogul in cooperation with interface artist Karol Kagan. The installation is inspired by the problems and rapidly increasing complaints; which occurred while moving out & in for the new department building. The installation is built to be unheard by the visitors, as complaints are not supposed to effect the artworks of soon to be artists. However still loud enough as crowd, if left the exhibited area. Sometimes the complaints sound to be nonsense for the listeners; but for the art students, still everything is counted as huge affection. The installation aims to use the viewers as a part of the complaints and the installation; depending on their movement flow.
